Hi, I’m Jenny D’Souza and I love cooking and feeding people!!!!
Cooking, especially Indian dishes, for friends and family from all over the world has always been an ardent passion for me. Although I hail from Kerala and my husband is from Mangalore, I am proficient and equally versatile in various types of Indian cuisine.
Besides this I was a Volunteer Coordinator for an organization from the UK that sent me volunteers from all over the world. My experience with interacting with them made me like family to them and they would always come home to have a meal with my family. And then one day one of them asked me “ Jenny can you teach us to cook such amazing Indian food?” That’s when the seed was sown in my mind and “Hands On Curry” was born. I’ve not looked back and have the privilege to say that I have taught over 500 foreigners to cook authentic Indian food – from just tourists to doctors, corporate staff, air hostesses and many more. It’s been a wonderful journey and my ability to play around with Indian spices is what has attracted me to most of them!!!!!
